Never mentioned signing up for a 12 mth contract

At no point in time does anyone from Big Local acknowledge the "terms and conditions" of not allowing one to cancel their service past the "trial period". They do not mention this until you call to cancel after the 60 days.

They failed to increase business with their service and now they fail to allow me to cancel their service. You know a company can not back up their claims of their service when they have a contract locking you in to pay them for 12 months.

Avoid them as they will rip you off!!!
