Columbiahouse Nationwide. I paid, they didn't deliver

They cut from my account amount of shipment two months ago and I did not receive any item yet. Normally it should be shipped with in three weeks, but more than 8 weeks has passed. Several times I wrote them my claim, but their response is, "We reshipped and it will arrive." and so on, the same answer always. I do not trust them already. So I think I need some help, otherwise it became headache for me.
