Hunks & BabesHunks & Babes Sex Toys I never got my order, They swindled me! And the costumer service is horrible

I ordered an item from them the 14th of august, the 16th they "said" it was shipped. After some weeks I started to ask for the shipment, I used the contact form on thei web page. But I never got any answer. Then I sent a mail to general@effexmedia.com and didn't get any answer. I tried this another time and finnaly the answered. The answer I got was that it could take 8 weeks for the shipment to arrive.

I waited and after 8 weeks still no package. I contacted the norwegian post office and the customs, but they had no package for me. I sent a mail to USPS, and asked how i could claim the package missing. The said that the sender must fill in a "lost package form" at the local post office. I sent another mail to effexmedia and asked them to do that. The answer I got was that as soon as the package had left them, they were not responsible. And there were nothing they could do..

I contacted effexmedia after some time again, and asked for the CU number they got when the package was shipped. But again same answer, they are nor responsible... And so on.

International customers, stay clear of this company, they can't send international with tracking option!
