Money Back Guarantee? How about no response to repeated attempts to contact

I signed up for this service a year ago. Upon navigating the site after paying for membership ($49.95) I quickly realized this was not what I was looking for. There is a money back guarantee offered, if you include a code that is listed on the website (gimmicky).

Anyway, I contacted them, within minutes, and was told I would be required to wait 50 weeks to request the refund. I was told to simply send an email, along with my ID, and they would take care of the issue (in 50 weeks).

Well, Its been a year now, and I've attempted to contact them repeatedly via email. I've received no response at all. I then decided to file a complaint with their local BBB.
