Avalanche X Requires Hosting but Support Never Responds

Avalanche X is being marketed on the internet. A prerequisite of joining Avalanche X is that you have to sign up for a domain name and hosting with Optimal Hosting. Once you have signed up you are supposed to get a link to download Avalanche X. This doesn't happen. Support at Optimal Hosting doesn't respond to your tickets. They also do not respond when you request a refund and cancellation.

When checking their Facebook page I found a lot of complaints similar to my complaint.
