Is optimal hosting part of the avalanche x

Avalanche x is being marketed on the internet. A prerequisite of joining avalanche x is that you have to sign up for a domain name and hosting with optimal hosting. Once you have signed up you are supposed to get a link to download avalanche x. This doesn't happen. Support at optimal hosting doesn't respond to your tickets. They also do not respond when you request a refund and cancellation. When checking their facebook page I found a lot of complaints similar to my complaint.
