Aol
RipoffFraudulent Billing deceptive company

Internet & Web

AOL spun off a screen name without permission and added the charges to my regular account and fraudulently took over $300 from my account.

Aol 's only response was to refer me to the Terms Of Service, however I as the account payer was never informed that this account was spun off nor was I asked for my permission to increase the amount taken out of my account. I asked for all copies of any agreement and the relevant details, concerning the "New Account" such as who authorised it, when was it authorised and the conformation E-Mail to be sent to me but unfortunately I am still waiting.

I, as many others it would seem have been the victim of a business scam to beat all scams and the bad news is that AOL are getting away with it. Does anyone have a solution to this problem.
