Yellow-Bellied Web Designer! His Work Is a Lie! Sacramento California

I am a Realtor that was in search of a web designer to create a basic site for lead capture. I googled web designers for a cheap price and was enthused to find a company by the name of DESIGN SERVICES. I called and was put in contact with a STUART HILL which initially sounded like one of many employees at the company but later I found out that DESIGN SERVICES was actually HIS company and he was the only real designer.

We had a consultation session and I explained everything that I wanted the site to do. He said he understood and that he would have the site up and running in 2 DAYS. I was excited and paid him for the job upfront... BIG MISTAKE!!!

Over the next couple of days I called a couple of times but every time I got sent to voicemail because he was "in a meeting" or "with a client". It was blatant and ridiculous how I was obviously being avoided. Needless to say, the job wasn't done in the time he quoted. Not only that but I went back and forth with him for a MONTH and the site still hasn't been completed!!!

Once I paid him he didn't give me the respect I deserved or the time I needed to explain what changes needed to be made. He promised changes would be uploaded that never were. He claimed to create the website from scratch but simply gave me the exact same site as a company by the name of Vienna Holding Company!!! I know because some of the links and headlines hadn't been changed!!! He even used on of the buttons on their website as MY "CUSTOM" Logo!!!

I am enraged that I have been swindled into paying this man and his company for an unsatisfactory job and I encourage any and everyone to stay away from them if you want quality and integrity! STUART HILL and DESIGN SERVICES is a crock! Don't waste your time!!!
