BizAtomic
Dishonest and misrepresents their ability to create original and creative websites that are functional and satisfactory to client ripoff

Internet & Web

Our small family business was looking for a company that would develop an original, creative and functional e-commerce website. I received a BizAtomic website proposal for their E3 Enterprise package via e-mail from Nick Survoy on 10/17/05. This proposal promised "Our web designers will work with you one-on-one to enhance your company image by building a custom designed professional web presence." The very convincinng senior sales executive also wrote, "Our designers and programmers have formal training from top colleges and universities in the United States."

We hired Bizatomic signing a contract and paying half of the $10,000 web design fee upfront. BizAtomic promised that we would work one-on-one with a web designer with unlimited changes and have a fully customizeable (non-templated) website. I was assigned a project manager by the name of Ronna Hamelin. She worked with the "so-called" web designer one-on-one.

After a comprehensive telephone conference discussing our requirements for the look of our website, we received an unsatisfactory, very plain, templated website design. For two months straight I worked with BizAtomic. Time after time, the website came back looking very amatuer and basic.

What we got for $5,000 is a template that you cut and paste your logo into. Furthermore, there was no evidence that BizAtomic has professional graphic web artists working for them as they claim which is essential to a customized web design. I believe BizAtomic is masquarading as a top custom web designer when you can do just as well with Microsoft Frontpage.

I became very suspicious and started contacting companies that they posted in their portfolio. 3 out of 3 said that BizAtomic was not responsible for the overall look of the website and that they had to hire outside designers to complete their website design. At this time, I knew I had been taken. Moreso, they mentioned that BizAtomic's shopping cart hosting was poor quality and would not reccomend it. We did not get that far.

Beware! They spend a great deal of time money & effort in their sales and marketing materials as well as their legal department. Their contract contains many advantages for them if you become dissatisfied including abritration in Florida (we are in CA). We have to hire a lawyer in an attempt to resolve this matter to get our $5,000 back. My suspicion is that their are many, many dissatisfied customers. There are also negative reports to the BBB.

DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THEIR SCAM LIKE WE DID! This company has class-action written all over it.
