Ipoff dishonest delinquent, nonpayment for designer's services rendered

I am a freelance designer that provided services for Digital & Wireless Group, Inc., including logo design, product packaging design, CD cover, ad/sign design, and more. All services were provided based on a rate that was set by this client. When presented with invoices (2) for services rendered, compnay representatives assured me there would be no problem in payment being issued. However, these bills remain unpaid (today 150 days since date of issue of the first invoice). Written notices and many conversations with represntatives, including the company President merely produce more run-around and doubletalk.

Although usage rights for my design work has not been issued (pending payment), this company has (and is still) using my images in the marketing and sales of their products.

In addition to dishonest business, this is theft of intellectual property.
