Another user to my e-mail address

Sometimes when I log on to my computer I get the message: disconnected from chat yahoo! Messenger logged on from another computer or device. Also I have been getting e-mails from Sallie Mac and ITT Tech for a Jonatnan Nelson E. Are our e-mail address crossed or messed up some how?
