Won't honor warranty 1 day after it expired

Pell Engineering offered us an LCD - screen that failed throughout the guarantee period. Sadly my client was outoftown when it failed and may not have it back again to me before evening the warranty expired. After detecting the issue I approached Pell Engineering about the evening following the warranty ended plus they declined to recognize the guarantee.

the one who responded the telephone set me on together with his supervisor, Bill, who likewise declined to recognize this guarantee. He agreed to promote me an upgraded for $200.00 with free delivery once the initial was $289.00 and also the present cost about the Pell Engineering site is $245.00. This simply appears like poor company in my experience.
