Refused to honor a warranty purchase by Lowe's

GE Warranty Service refused to honor a warranty we purchased from Lowe's for a refrigerator repair. They used A & E Factory Service that came to our home repeatedly and could not fix the problem. A & E Factory Service is useless and finally said the problem was caused by water, which is incorrect because there was no water going to the refrigerator. A & E in turned contacted GE Warranty Service and they refused to honor the warranty which still had two years of warranty. Lowe's no longer uses GE Warranty Service nor do they use A & E Factory Service. Don't let A & E come to your home to repair anything. Most of they time they don't even show up.
