UPriceitwholesale is a seller on EBAY. First of all I do not recommend anyone use Ebay or Priceitwholesale! They do not police their sellers and they allow fradulant activity.

I entered a "buy it now bid" for a Fuji FinePix2800 digital camera from Priceitwholesale on 3/7/03. I called to ask if I could pay for the S&H on one card (debit) and the price of the camera ($299.00) on a MasterCard. He said YES, we can do that.

I proceded to give him BOTH card numbers. He responded back to me that $44.90 for S&H wold go on the debit and $299.00 would go on the credit card. He clearly chose to charge the debit card #1 for faster payment to him and #2 to avoid merchant charges.

On 3/14/03 (I still had not received the camera at that point) I noticed a charge of $344.00 on my checking account from BEAT IT SYSTEM (the name says it all about priceitwholesale).

I called to inquire as to who this was and traced it back to Priceitwholesale. Due to the entire amount going on my debit card TWO checks bounced in my account causing the bank to charge me $29.00 for both checks and of course the merchants charged me $29.00 each check. A total of $116.00! Had the guy said no, we can't do that I would have transfered the money to the checking account to handle the total amount... But this was not the case!

I purchased the camera for myself for my birthday gift. This turned out to be the worst birthday yet thanks to the horrible customer service and ignorance of Priceitwholesale and Ebay.

I called Priceitwholesale to find out why this happened and the guy suddenly couldn't understand english and hung up on me. I then went through SquareTrade to solve the situation - the guy at priceitwholsale responded that they do not split charges (which is a total lie!) and he claims that I knew that (which is another lie). He has even sent email to me saying he is security for priceitwholesale and to disist my extortionist behavior! Of all the nerve. If anyone here is an extortionist... It's PRICEITWHOLESALE!

Priceitwholesale has responded with ugly, negative feedback on my Ebay account calling me a deadbeat with no funds! HE HAS MY MONEY first of all. Second of all, is that any way for a merchant to conduct themselves? Neither Ebay nor Squaretrade have been much help. Ebay NEEDS to police their sellers more frequently and they need to be more responsive to customer problems and be more proactive in solving the dilemma.

I thought I was getting a deal on this camera - turns out I was taken for a ride. I have requested that my ebay account be terminated and I will NEVER do business with ebay or priceitwholesale again, and I suggest anyone considering to do so, think twice!
