Ripoff Terrible customer relations

I had an account with ebay that has been dormant for about two to three years. Today, someone has cracked ebay's security and tapped into that old account and posted a bunch of porno movies (about 80) and were selling them under my name. I tried to contact ebay to report it and found out that they don't allow you to cancel an account, or to speak to an individual to report the fraudently activity. I immediately contacted my bank because ebay was trying to use my access my debit account to pay for all the fraudently sales that are being activated. I tried reaching a human and they slammed the telephone down on me when I explained what happened. There is something in the milk that is not clean with ebay. Be careful and check to see if any one is trying to use your old ebay accounts. And if anyone knows how I can end my afilliation with them, please let me know. I am going to report to them to the Department of Business and Professional Regulations for ignoring the report of fraud.in addition there seems to be no way to remove your debit card information from their site.
