The Sellers Lounge
Had debit card charged $3.95 for free CD, now being charged $49.95 month didn't agre to this

I responded to a pop-up ad on EBAy for the Seller's Lounge. If I charged $3.95 for shipping and handling on my card, I would get a FREE CD from the Sellers Lounge for selling on Ebay. I gave them my debit card information.

I received the CD, watched some of it and thought, it was ok.

For the second month in a row, my bank account has been charged $49.95 a month. Nothing in the ad was said about any kind of "membership or subscription".

They are a total scam and ripoff and Ebay should be ashamed to be associated with this company.

Is there anything I can do further about this situation? Who do I report them to? Can I get my money back?
