SVP/Slimsharp - On Ebay - SVP Manufacturer SVP defective cameras sold on Ebay by SLimsharp

I was sold a (lemon) defective SVP digital camera on Ebay advertised as NEW! 12MP Underwater Digital Camera w / Video Waterproof sold by slimsharp in EBAY. It did not work even once. The camera freezes after taking 2 or 3 pics, flash does not work, pics are blurry and dark, when you playback light turns red and does not turn off. Using new batteries and new card - BEWARE - They told me to send the camera and they will give me a refund so they look good on Ebay but when I returned it to Slimsharp they do not give me a refund or replace the camera they just send me back the same camera. This has given me such a negative experience on Ebay that I will no longer use Ebay. I learned my lesson and will buy locally in case there is a problem you can go and speak with someone and they can't give you the run around like these people are doing to me.

DO NOT BUY SVP cameras and do not trust Ebay to back the consumer, for what I see they only back the seller even if they know they are selling defective products with lable as new. I saw alot of complaint about another ebay seller doing the same thing, selling SVP defective cameras and then not refunding the consumers. I wish I would have found this site before buying from Slimsharp on EBAY or researched SVP cameras.
