Unable to register on website, acct/ssn might be tricky

The letter said I could begin shopping right away on their website. When I go there, it says I must first register by giving my SSN and USA Credit Acct #. However, it always fails.
It's a 16 digit # but the box has room for 19 characters. I have tried every possible combination for weeks now, and I've been reading other people on here have actually been able to make orders from the company, and that the ripoff came later on down the chain for them.
If anyone knows anything about this, make a post to contact me, PLEASE, it would be much appreciated.
