My loved ones has already established Constitution Communications being an internet company for more than 4 1/2 decades now. Since Spring of we've had DAILY SERVICE FAILURES.

We spend $60.00 per month for SERVICE-WE DON'T GET.

Tech-support is just a complete headache! Constitution outsources their tech support team to some dangerous nation where none of the "specialists" talk or comprehend the English language.

Tech-support will not let you know whenever you contact the interruption is Constitutionis issue. They attempted to create me uninstall equipment from my pc. After I constantly declined, they ultimately explained that CONSTITUTION HAD THE INTERRUPTION which OUR COMPUTER WASN'T THE ISSUE. These clowns were looking to get me to uninstall equipment and reinstall it for simply no cause at-all! The interruption was within their awful program

Additionally they cannot discover my consideration after I contact since I'd a telephone number change and CONSTITUTION PAYMENT IS NOT ABLE TO KEEP CORRECT, UPTO-DAY DOCUMENTS. I've been informed repeatedly that I've no-account. However they have the ability to obtain the darn statement in my experience every month! When I request to talk to a boss, they decline. They inform me they CAn't move me to some boss until they are able to lookup my bill. Yesterday, they requested me for my social security number. What rational individual will provide some foreigner their Social Security number?!! I declined this aswell.

We're currently changing to a different websites company. Constitution may be the worst organization I've needed to cope with recently, and CONSTITUTION WON'T GET MY COMPANY AGAIN!!
