Cancelled service never receieved last bill

I terminated providers on May 25 and expect4ed to receive the ultimate statement. I never obtained the ultimate statement rather I received a phone in the collection company since I had been positioned together on June 21. I subsequently approached Constitution plus they informed oops the ultimate statement wasn't actually published until June 25. Then they explained they might no further cope with me since I had been delivered to collectoins for non-payment. How will you be delivered to selections for non-payment when u havent actually gotten the final statement however??? Today they wont actually I would like to spend at constitution I've to pay for in the collectopn company and today it's influenced my credit. How do you encourage them to assist me after I did nothing wrong!!! I simply changed to a different supplier due to price. Constitution had offered to reduce my statement and lock in at-one low-rate also it was never decreased and so I changed and saved $137.00 per month for my wire, telephone and web. You can't handle somebody just like a felony for that-but that's precisely what Constitution does. I named and requested to talk to a boss and gthey explained which was difficult there is not really a boss whatsoever. How do you get my credit removed of this??? Why might constitution do this??? I had been together for a lot more than 10years and this is how they handle me, I'd never want to actually return to them-and I'll tell-all of my family and friends that have previously began changing their providers as a result of this. I understand that I owe a stability but with no final statement to check out I don't understand what I've to pay for and that I don't exoect to obtain a variety company to contact me for non-payment. I'd like to understand if other people has already established this issue with Constitution.
