Customer support stinks, just give run around. Took $200 nor refund

So I opened an account in Aug 08 to see whats going on in my area. I canceled my membership by logging on in a week and I thought it was canceled. But apparently the site had an error and it didn't. So they kept billing me for 4 months when I noticed the charges and called up to cancel. They said they understand and will refund as soon as I fill out a refund request.

So I fill it out and guess what? Another error in website, doesn't submit request! So I emailed support@realtytrac.com and they respond saying they wil get back in 24 hours.

Then in week, no response, so I email again and same email comes back that they will respond in 24 hours.

This happens about 4 times. And instead of 24 hours its about 45 days now.

So I get really pissed and call them but they work PST so cant call them in morning.

OK, a few days later I call them in PST and after talking to 5 people and being on the phone for about 45 min, repeating my story multiple times, I got someone sensible and helpful. She admitted that there is no refund request in the system currently even though they have sent me emails with incident numbers. So now this department is going to contact refund dept and review my case and get back to me in 2 to 5 business days. Lets see what happens. I was about to give up but after this aggrevation, I will not.
