Haughty attitude stole my 49.95 flat out

Realtytrac.com enticed me with a 7 day free trial. On the last day, I diligently signed on to cancel the service. It was weak, was NOT worth 50 a month in any way. So, to my frustration, I was unable to find any cancel membership notification anywhere. I sent an email into their customer service requesting cancellation of membership. Two days later, I was charged SURE ENOUGH 49.99 AND...

The male voice on the phone was haughty and righteous, my request for refund was sent to their 'REFUND DEPT' who takes no calls or emails, and who will 'decide' what amount of a refund I may or may not get. They are horrible do not sign up for the free trial... It's a free train wreck.
