Will not refund a canceled order, ripoff

I placed an order with savingcity.net online for a DVD collection of ER season 1-6 for my wife for Christmas. After talking to my wife about this company that she has ordered from in the past I found out that they are boot-legging copies of TV show that they recorded off the TV and recorded them to DVD and selling as if they are form the factory.

I emailed the company to cancel my order because I did not want boot-legged DVD's. I received a reply back from Helen that the order has been canceled and they will refund the money threw PayPal shortly. I received a second email from Helen that they are having problems with refunding the money threw PayPal because the refund button' was missing and was instructed to email a refund request and they will refund the money.

I sent the request and gave them a week, no reply no refund. Sent reminder about the refund request, still nothing. Call savingcity.net no answer. Call PayPal and stated my case, PayPal sent them detailed instructions on how to refund the money and an 800 number if they had problem they could call PayPal and they will walk them through the process.

Two weeks gone and still no refund no email nothing. Emailed savingcity.net about the status of the order, I didn't say that I canceled it or anything about the refund. RECEIVED an email from Helen that I canceled the order and she also included the email that I sent canceling the order!

Now I know that they get email and that they check it so I replied back That is correct, I did cancel my order! Now refund my money! Anther week gone and still no reply, no refund.

I know that savingcity.net has cheap prices for DVD and you will be excited about saving money but be leery! They are boot-legged and if you have any problems with them good luck trying to get it resolved!
