My report is pretty identical to the report by another individual regarding this merchant. The merchant claims to offer an email marketing service. I paid $149 for the email service and an additional $79 for design work. The contact (Sean Gardner, same as in the other complaint) is happy to email you and respond to your questions, but the minute he gets your paypal $ he stops all contact, will not return messages, and never delivers the service. From other reports I have read he has been doing this at least since 2006. Today I filed a report with Paypal and his internet host (godaddy) asking for his site to be taken down. I also filed a report with the FBI CyberCrimes unit. I know one of the detectives there and he assured me they would look into this and refer it to the local law enforcement for further action.
