Steinhausen Overnight
Ordered Military Binoculars and never received them. Paid 199.99 Paypal. Cannot contact Steinhausen by phone or email

I have tried for over a month to contact Seller, Steinhausen Overnight, and cannot get a response by phone or email. They have an answering machine only and they do not respond to emails. They took 199.90 from my paypal account and that cannot be refunded through Paypal. Hopefully, my bank can file a fraud report and refund my money.

This transaction went through Pay Pal. I filed a complaint with them and they said they could do nothing about the claim but file for collections. Do not use Pay Pal or this seller Steinhausen overnight. Pay Pal does not protect the consumer only the merchant. Do not use pay pal or steinhousen overnight and dave long.
