Miscellaneous

Webfire, LLC and the owners Brian Koz and Shawn Casey promoted a marketing offer on one of their websites with the address of http://www.webfire.com/socialdfy They advertised that for a monthly fee of $997 they will do everything for you in regards to marketing your business links to increase your sales. This offer includes: 1. Being able to submit affiliate links and get you sales through Facebook and Twitter. 2. They guarantee sales in the next 30 days from sign-up. 3. They do 100% of the work to market you and get you sales through social media. 4. You will have 24/7 access to a social media manager. 5. They will track and monitor campaigns/promotions and report results. 6. Provide 17 online training videos. 7. Provide monthly progress reports.

After I paid my first $997 I submitted affiliate links to promote through Facebook and Twitter to get sales and they responded by stating that the links I provided to promote will not work with their marketing. Thus, I asked what type of links will work and provided them. To date, I have not seen one sale as they claimed they would get me by doing everything for me.

They stated that I would have 24/7 access to a marketing manager. After signing up and requesting a manager and finally receiving one, they provided a manager named Corina Essa who lives in Austraila and is on a completely opposite time zone. Thus, when I sent her Emails, it took days for her to get back to me.

They claimed they would do everything for me and get me a large amount of sales in the next 30 days and they did not get me any. All they kept telling me is that they obtained a large amount of Facebook and Twitter followers for me.

Fianally, I never received the seventeen (17) training videos that they stated I would receive with my $997 fee.

I paid through PayPal and requested that my $997 be refunded since Webfire, LLC and Brian Koz and Shawn Casey did not provide what they claimed in their promotional video.

I received an Email from PayPal stating that Webfire, LLC agreed to refund my $997 and it would take 3 to 5 days to receive my refund. After day 5, I contacted PayPal and Webfire, LLC to get the status of my refund and Webfire, LLC stated that they never agreed with PayPal to refund my $997 payment. Please note that I still have a copy of the Email received from PayPal.

Please help me get my $997 payment refunded do to lack of service, false advertising and clear fraud.

Below is a copy of the Email I received from PayPal stating that Webfire, LLC would refund my $997 within 3 to 5 days. I never received the refund and now Webfire, LLC claims they never advised PayPal that they would refund the $997. The Email is as follows:
