PC Mobile Ripped Me Off, took advantage of my ignorance of computers

After having my computer 2 wks, Jim, owner of company, returned it saying, it's "as good as new" and should serve me for several yrs. It operated fine, for 2-3 days before I started having problrems. I called Jim one wk, and heard back nothing, 2nd week same thing - nothing. Third week he called and said he would do "nothing", not come out, and not evaluate problem.

He had not asked me what the problem was. I am so sorry I got involved with PC MOBILE, a major disappointment.
