2 months ago I bought a mobile phone from ebay for over £200. When the mobile arrived to me I noticed it is blocked. I contacted to the seller and he suggested to buy an unblocked code from ebay. I did it but the code didn't work. I returned this mobile to the seller because he said he can unblock it. After about two weeks he returned me this mobile as unblocked but it was still blocked and I immediately sent it back to him. He said he will refund me when the mobile will be with him. After week I asked him about refund but he said he didn't get it yet. I gave him track number and he checked that the mobile is at the post office and he said he will arrange redelivery and then he will refund me. Since this time he stop respond to me. I tried to open case on ebay but I can't do it because there is deadline which passed after 45 days from the purchase. Their suggest I should inform a police about that. I have got the seller details, proof I returned this mobile. Help me please, this is a lot of money for me to give someone for nothing. I do not know where to looking for a help and advice in this case. I would like just to get back my money. I am sure the seller was aware what to do to not give my money back.
