I have ordered 60 of dvds and not received any of them. Very mad and angry i am a single parent

I am a single mum and two and thought that the dvds were cheap and cost friendly for me and my kids, little did i know that i would spend 60 of my money on nothing, i havent received one single dvd which the order was placed two weeks ago. I am now preparing to file a fraud claim to my bank to see if that will help me get my kids and my money back.
