Ripped off by pirated dvd crooks Internet

I came across this website when I googled dvd suppliers. Website looks great and is quite professional. Titles were the latest releases that were being screened at the cinemas.

Have read other reports that were filed on the same company and looks like a lot of people have been getting the same crap from them.

I ordered 50 titles and paid by debit card. It took about 4 weeks to arrive. I asked that they use a reputable courier service that was available on the island I live on like DHL but they said they had no access to courier services and only standard postage was available.

The first package that arrived after 4 weeks contained about 28 dvds in it. I immediately emailed the company and was told that as I had ordered a large number of dvds they had to separate them into several packages (I don't know why).

Started viewing the first package of dvds, poor quality. Some movies had foreign audio in some parts. Subtitles are incorrect. Movies are filmed in a cinema with people walking past the screen, people laughing/coughing in background.

Next package arrived 2 weeks later 2 dvds in it. Emailed company again only to be told that the rest of the titles I had ordered were out of stock and could I please email another 20 titles to replace them. Refused and asked for a refund instead. They refused and said I was being unreasonable and either I order another 20 titles or receive nothing.

Ordered another 20 titles and waited another 3 weeks. Received package with 12 dvds in it. Emailed again and this time got no response. Kept emailing over the next couple of weeks but still no reply.

In the end I gave up. Never got all the movies I ordered and the ones I did get were really poor quality.

Steer clear of this website. They are unprofessional, have very poor quality products (dvd) and do not try to compensate you at all. BE WARNED!
