Best buy takes advatage of small PC repair firm

I own a small PC repair firm. I just got a new gig and needed to replace a few items there. I bought an item for 190.00 and tried to return it with out the reciept and they gave me a gift card! I had part of the reciept and the manger told me no!

It almost cost me a customer but I got it covered. If you need repair PC items do not go to Bestbuy.
