I have a canon SD700 pretty old right. Well the problem was with the lens. It did not retract this was my third repair. Best buy decided to state that they are not going to repair it but I had to pay for it to get it repair. Since it's their policy after three repairs the product gets replace. They give you your money back which by the way is $5OO. Do not believe in their warranty. Www.bestbuy.com
