I have placed and order for a video console from Bestbuy Bellevue shop and paid the full money including shipping charge. They promised to deliver between 3r Dec - 9 Dec. Today (18th Dec) - item has not reached yet, UPS seems to have lost it. Bestbuy is not ready to do anything proactive to replace my item, they are still waiting for UPS. Bad customer service, no responsibilty for customer.
