Pettshirts was paid, sent no merchandise

I ordered what I considered the perfect t-shirt for my daughter's Christmas gift on December 10th.in plenty of time for Christmas, I thought. Had a PayPal receipt emailed to me, and the money taken from my account. No other correspondence or confirmation of my order. Ten days later, no merchandise. Started emailing the contact email on the 20th; four polite emails later - asking only for the status of my order - no word from the vendor. No merchandise by Christmas - or since then, either.

I've been in touch with PayPal to file a dispute; according to their rules they have 30 days to deal with the matter. I'm just warning people to stay away from this concern; it's obvious that the people in charge will take your money and that's all they'll do.

I'll update should I get the merchandise or the dispute is resolved.
