I filed a claim on Oct 21, between Oct 21 - Nov 21st I updated my Case number: PP-571-151-866
Paypal, emailed me stating on Nov 21st that it's taking a little longer... But then turn around on the Nov 22nd closed the dispute, I didn't see this until middle of dec, b/c Paypal did not send a email or anything, but stated that they emailed me, also refunded me the amount of $9.99.
So my question is "which one was it" 1. The closed the dispute in favor of the seller, who not once answered or updated the case. Number 2. The stated they emailed me, which there is no record. 3. They also stated that a refund was initated, which there is not a record. B/c I sure didn't get it.
