I bought a Tissot PR50 Men's view from Jewelry Televisionis site www.JTVwatches.com for $180. This can be a discontinued Tissot view and was ~$350.

The view I obtained was damaged - the hour-hand is caught about the 5. I delivered it requesting an upgraded, fix or reimbursement.

They simply delivered exactly the same view back as-is, nevertheless damaged without any clarification or paperwork.in my opinion their technique is the fact that nearly all their clients may ultimately quit looking to get the fix, alternative or reimbursement also it becomes a method to sell faulty product on unwary customers.
