My wife decided to get my watch fixed as a birthday gift. She brought it into Paradise Jewelry in Sawgrass Mills mallin Sunrise, FL for repair. She brought it in on September 29th. Needless to say, the watch wasn't ready by Christmas. After six visits...$120 and endless excuses, I finally demanded my watch back on MARCH 5th! Over 5 months! They still didn't repair the watch and refused to completely refund me! Stay as far away as possible from this store... It must be a front for scam artists!
