Miscellaneous

I ordered a website from this company and I was told by Paul who works there that it would be hosted for free. Then I receive an email from the company with a link to some forms to fill out.in these forms there is a webhosting agreement for $39 or $60 a month. I would like the $130 I spent on the website back because I never agreed to pay for webhosting.
