In order to use the 7 day trial period on this site you have to enter your credit card number. Within the seven day limit I emailed them not to charge my card. They emailed me back saying I needed to contact them by phone. I was sick for a few days and hadn't read my email.By the time I got around to reading the email the 7 days had expired and my card had been charged. I called to ask for a refund expalining the situation. I was refused.
