Fraudulantly charges bank, fraudulantly keeps track of ads, lies about impressions, hits

I signed up with them. I started to notice I was being billed in small amounts for ads I never ordered. I emailed them, and they kindly returned one charge of $5.00. They said they also charge 4.95 for an initial fee, and $5.00 if you change your credit card.

I then saw a $15.50 charge on my account on Adbrite. I had ran an ad that had a $5.25 limit per day. The account balance was 0.00.in less that 24 hours, I noticed (from 7:00 at night to 1:30 PM the next day) that my balance read $15.50. I stopped the ad, and emailed them about the error.

They wrote back about the fees stated above. But I did not change my credit card, and the 4.95 is only charged once when you sign up.

In less than 24 hours they went past my 5.25 limit to charge an extra $10.25 to 15.25, and that would have climbed even higher if I hadn't emailed and complained.

Then, they decided to finish the campaign, and stated the ad ran for 8 days for a total of 15.25. This is incorrect. The 15.25 was charged all in that one portion of 1 day.

Ie: They're trying to disguise the fact that they went over my limit in a single day and their accounting is vague and manipulated by them any way they want.
