Juno online illegally charging my credit card! They are refusing to resolve this! New york new york

I recently found out from an annual review of one of my accounts that they have been hitting my card every month for over a year! I NEVER gave them permission to debit this account nor have I had this service during this time perios. I have been speaking to 'foreigners' over & over & after having to go to 6 different (supposed) customer service agents & supervisors; Tom, Ann, Dorothyjust to name a few), they 'refuse' to follow through with the full credit I was told I would get on Saturday. This is quite a serious matter as what they've done is illegal!!!
I was given a case reference number & promised on Saturday the 22nd that I would have a credit to the account for ALL illegal charges from September thru November. I asked the agent to reconfirm this again with me & when I asked when I should expect this credit I was told 2-3 business days. It is now long past that time frame and I do not have any credit. I am now told from ANN' that I was credited $19.97. That amount is totally unacceptable & not what was promised. Plus, even that $19.97 has NOT been credited to me as yet!
So once again, JUNO is scamming, lying & abusing me and it will not be tolerated. I will be seeking legal action against them for fraud as well as contacting the CEO Charles Ardai & Roberto Scuteri, VP of Customer Service... A real joke.
