Juno is a rip off!

I was given a computer on July 24 of last year by a friend. She set me up with Juno because it seemed like a good deal (not because she used it herself). At the end of August my hard drive was wiped out and beyond repair. I went until October without a computer. I bought a brand new one which came with one year of free internet service through a different provider. I called Juno on October 20 to cancel my sevice for which they had charged me two months without my knowledge. The guy gave me the run around and asked me to please not cancel. I stood firm and explained that I no longer needed Juno. He said fine and cancelled my service.
I got my credit card statement today and I was billed $28.45 from Juno for January through March. I called Juno right away and they said that when I called on October 20 that I did not cancel my service but accepted a free two months. This is totally false. Juno refuses to credit the funds back to my account.
