Purchased over $50 in hair products. Web site claims goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Product I received smelled bad! Made several attempts to establish communication for initiating process of a return or exchange. All were ignored. Do not do business with these companies—despite their good prices, as quality of merchandise is highly questionable and customer service is non-existent.
