Refused refund, Refused exchange, sells old products, treated like a criminal

Fry's Electronics could care less about the customer. Anyone that has had to return a item to the store knows that they are looking for anyway they can scam you the customer. I recently purchased a product from them in a closed box and when I got home the product inside the box was not the product I purchased. The store refused to exchange the product. They treated me like I was a criminal. Funny... While I was in line, I heard many others feeling the same way. Can you believe this place stays in business? I look forward to the day when I see "Going out of business' on the doors!
