Is a scam artist. Do not buy computers from them

I bought a complete gaming computer from TWEAK PC's online. I paid him via Pay pal within 24 hours of agreeing on a price. Then the troubles began. The computer took forever to arrive. When it did it was not packed well as promised and was in rough shape. The system was not configured with a quad core 2.8 but a quad core 2.4. Then it was discovered that it was shipped with Vista basic instead of Vista premium. When contacted I was told to ship back the basic and would be sent the right one. I did this and now the seller will not reply to emails no matter what I do. I got taken for $1300.00. Do not make the same mistake. Do no buy anything from tweak pcs on ebay. SCAM SCAM SCAM.
