Said I could chat with an online expert. After paying found out that I would get an e-mail the next day with help. Help was useless. I was told that I probably had a corrupted registry and that I would have to reinstall my operating system. This computer is high end and brand new out of the box. Vista 64 bit, quad core, 8 gigs of ram with a 1 gig graphics card. The only reason I tried to use them is because it was after hours and I needed help right then. They said they had over 30 experts online at the time and the implication was that I could chat with them. It didn't happen that way, it ended up me sending them an e-mail and then waiting for them to e-mail me back, not the same thing as chatting at all. There was no chatting at all, just e-mail. I had to wait until the next day and call Adobe Tech support who solved my problem for me for free. I was willing to pay the $16 if they had been able to help me right then and there.
I was baited and switched.
