Same deal as the other person. Would not download. Locked my computer. Hacked by scammers. Smart Tweak exec keeps saying 'can you describe the problem in more detail'. Refuses to provide a refund although I never got the product to work on my computer and I got hacked and had to shut down my computer and my credit card. Nice one, Smart Tweak.
