When you want to return something, difficulties are experienced When you write to the company, they are IMPOSSIBLE to contact Dell Customer Service will not give a mailing address When they do, they give an incorrect address My registered letter to Dell has been returned twice undelivered Dell is quick to take your money but slow to right a wrong. Don't deal with Dell - deal with computer companies who are contactable and not hidden behind people who answer phones in foreign countries...
