Sells DVD cards that do not work NO satisfaction, big ripoff

I bought a Que! Combo cdrw/dvd. I had to install a card that they sent me. The card doesnt work or the computer wont recognize it. They will not help me, return calls or answer the phone. When you wait through the 20 minute phone que you get the voice mail for someone who doesnt even work there. Rip-offs
