Ripoff

I purchased this software online versus a CD. It took them 3 weeks to send me the site to download, it wont download, it wont take my password they assigned. They promised if you downloaded online versus cd, they setup a free website for you.

The website they set up doesnt work. They also promised contacts, now they are saying they are working on getting contacts. The software has many bugs in it and you cant get it to open. My website doesnt work, when I contacted their customer service for a refund, it took them 2 weeks to answer then said they were in the process of hiring a company to handle refunds? That was 4 weeks ago.

Its now been 2 months since I asked for a refund and I received a nasty email from their customer service when I wrote as to what was going on with my refund. As of today, 4/13/03,3 months after purchasing this and 2 months after asking for a refund, they now wont answer at all. You cant call them, they dont answer.

I am reporting them to BBB and I am also filing suit against them for illegal business practices since I am a lawyer by trade.

Stay away from this software, you cant make any money because it doesnt work!!!
