Never received cd that I paid for. Also I canceled on computer and phone. Las Vegas

First I was called to cancel or keep the objects they were going to send me. Well they hung up on me. Then I called back and canceled to a young woman. Then since I didn, t feel comfortable with her I canceled on the internet. I have never received anything from this company not even the cd. Which I was suppose to pay $1.95. Today I looked at my bank statement and theyu took out $39.90. I, m 79 yrs old and can not afford to give what little I have to someone that said theyu would help me then lie to me.
